Self Storage is a relatively recent service industry in the UAE. The Morespace facility has a selection of room sizes that you can hire from a locker up to the size of living room, short or long term. You bring your goods or possessions to our facility, lock them in your room and come and go as you please as we are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You are the only key holder. You can store almost anything unless it is perishable, live or flammable.

We take the security of your goods and possessions extremely seriously. To protect them our facility has a staffed office, sophisticated alarm systems and 24hr Security Guard & CCTV surveillance. Access to our storage facility is strictly controlled. Also, you are the only one with access to your room, which is locked with a padlock owned by you. Yes, you need your own padlock to ensure that you are the sole key holder for your room and to ensure that your room is securely locked at all times. Morespace stock full range of high security padlocks in our facility.
The price you pay is determined by the size of the room you need. That's why our commitment to you is that we will get you into the smallest space possible. As the rental charge is calculated according to the floor area of the storage room, the smaller the floor area the less you end up paying.
Estimating the space you need isn’t as simple and straightforward as it looks. It depends on:
- What you need to store
- How stackable it is
- How high the ceiling of the storage room is
- Generally ground floor storage rooms are more expensive
- What sort of access you will need since you may want to leave a walkway through the storage room to get to your possessions.
We can advise you on how to stack your goods and possessions to make maximum use of the space.

The minimum rental period is one month. You can store for as long as you want, there is no maximum rental period.
24-hour access, security and air-conditioning is all included. You will need a padlock to secure your room and your goods will need to be insured whilst they are in storage. A refundable security deposit is payable at the commencement of storage and is refunded when you vacate your storage room.
Yes, we normally offer a range of discounts including: weeks free storage; pre-pay discount; discount for students. However, the offers may change from time to time and can can be found on our website. Or you can call us on 04 321 6850 to find out the best deal for you.
You can pay for the full duration of your stay in advance or monthly. If you are paying monthly we'll invoice you on a calendar month basis, payable in advance. You will be invoiced on the 15th of every month with due date 30th. We only ask for thirty days notice when you vacate your room and we refund to you any unused storage charges.
You are welcome to stay as long as you require.
You can move in on the same day as you make your enquiry (during office opening hours) providing that you have the relevant documentation needed to complete and sign your contract. We require one form of photo ID (emirates ID or drivers license, for non UAE citizens a passport will be required. Payment of a deposit and the first month’s invoice must be made prior to moving in.

Most our customers choose to pay by debit/credit card Auto Pay so they don’t have to worry about missing their payments every month. However, we accept also bank transfer and cash and cheque.

You can easily upgrade or downgrade your room size at any time, depending on your storage requirements and the availability of other room sizes in the store.
You can come and go as you please, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You have to bring your belongings to the storage facility. our facility has ample car parking and large loading/unloading areas. Alternatively, we have a pack & move service for our storage customers. Please call us on 04 321 6850 for a quote.
Depending upon the floor the rooms range from 7 to 11 ft in height.
We have large trolleys available free of charge for customers use. We do not have forklifts at the facility.
